Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment as needed
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
This is a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
