Key Responsibilities
  • Reservations Coordination: Coordinate and manage hotel reservations, including room assignments, rate management, and guest preferences.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of reservations agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain the efficiency of the reservations system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of reservations, and minimizing errors.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze reservation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a reservations or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer systems and software.
