About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at AA Future Leaders Daycare and Learning Center. As a Child Development Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathing, Diapering, and Feeding Infants and Toddlers
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the overall well-being of children
  • Maintain daycare equipment and ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Lead activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children on outings
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Assist in keeping records and submitting written observations on children
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of other early childhood educators and assistants
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a child care setting
  • Criminal record check
  • Child development assistant (ECE level 1) certification
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is physically demanding and requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, and crouching.
