Business Development Coordinator

Harbor Global is seeking a skilled Client Operations Specialist to join our team in the North American Corporate end-market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Client Engagement (CE) Territory Leads with internal processes for opportunities in their assigned territories, ensuring that Salesforce data is accurate, and paperwork is produced on time.
This role also involves holding weekly 1:1s with assigned CE Territory Leads to help maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data, providing assistance to Solution Leads where they are directly engaged in advancing opportunities – including Salesforce maintenance, client communications and coordination.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will generate and process sales paperwork, manage documents through internal approval and client reviews, and monitor progress to ensure timely responses to complete information security and onboarding questionnaires.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, and 2-5 years' experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
Candidates should be proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems, have strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
