Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

FRIENDS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to sales team members to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and make sales recommendations to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising reports, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate stock levels, manage inventory turnover, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales team members, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure seamless store operations.
  • Determine Staffing Requirements: Analyze sales data and customer traffic to determine optimal staffing levels.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Recruit, train, and develop sales team members, and assign tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of store performance.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of store operations.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with a regular schedule.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
