Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

FRIENDS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Review and approve returns, ensuring that all returns are processed in accordance with company policies.
  • Sell Merchandise: Assist customers with purchases, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that inventory is accurately counted, stored, and rotated.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess the needs of the store and adjust staffing levels accordingly.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
