Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

FRIENDS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising sales workers, authorizing returns, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are working efficiently
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers
  • Determine staffing requirements and manage staff
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
