Warehouse Operations Specialist

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of products, meeting customer agreements and exceeding service level expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, order picking, shipping, and inventory control.
- Operate material handling equipment and RF technology to ensure quality and consistency.
- Participate in inventory activities, including physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company Health & Safety policies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Two (2) years warehouse experience, with one year's operating material handling equipment (MHE) with a proven track record for safety.
- Previous experience with RF based Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably Red Prairie.
- Knowledge of warehouse processes, including receiving, order picking, shipping, and inventory control.
- Organized and strong attention to detail, with ability to adapt to change and follow instructions.
