Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welding Machine Operator Helper to join our team at JSW Welding Works Ltd. The successful candidate will assist in the operation of metal cleaning equipment, sort metal sheets and parts, and perform various tasks to ensure the efficient production of metal products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, and other materials from metal products.
  • Assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, and metal machine operators in their tasks.
  • Sort and organize metal sheets, parts, and scrap metal.
  • Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools.
  • Clean machines and work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Read and interpret work orders to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a metal products manufacturing company, with a focus on repetitive tasks and manual labor.
