Job Title: Welding Machine Operator Helper

JSW Welding Works Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welding Machine Operator Helper to join our team. As a key member of our metal products manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assisting structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, and metal machine operators in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from metal products.
  • Assist in sorting metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials.
  • Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas.
  • Read and interpret work orders.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
  • Dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills.
