Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Amiro's Steakhouse. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffSupervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Hire and Train Food Service StaffRecruit, hire, and train qualified food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
Ensure Quality Control StandardsEnsure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Address Customer ComplaintsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Establish Work SchedulesDevelop and implement work schedules that meet the needs of our restaurant, ensuring that our staff are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
Work LanguageEnglish.
Work TermPermanent.
Hours40 hours per week.
