Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1752932 Alberta Ltd. O/A Muneeb's Pizza & Donair. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparation, portioning, and presentation of food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Food Quality and Safety
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on customer feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant data.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
