About the Role

Fraud Manager at GeoComply will decode emerging schemes, craft innovative tactics, and brief executive leadership on the latest threats.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and communicate fraud trends and mitigation tactics.
  • Pilot analytics and new detection tools to business stakeholders.
  • Share trends with Executive leadership to drive client retention and commercial strategy.
  • Recommend solutions and product enhancements based on business strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Coordinate and lead projects to develop new anti-fraud solutions.
  • Be involved in Proof of Concepts for potential customers.
  • Create alignment on fraud tools, messaging, and voice.
  • Liaise with large enterprise digital businesses to assist them in identifying and solving real-time fraud challenges.
  • Drive solutions based on current fraud features and document future opportunities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a risk management leadership position.
  • 6+ years of experience in online gaming.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and highly-effective communication skills.
