Job Description

As a Customer Service and Credit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering best-in-class service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service on the phone and in person;
  2. Detailed adherence to credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed;
  3. Follow-up on past due customer accounts;
  4. Effective management of cash controls, including taking payments;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high-school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience working with loan origination software;
  • Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration.

Compensation and Location

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on location and experience. Please note that the salary range is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
