About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Leader to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement branch goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field
  • Insurance broker Level 2 license
  • Accredited CAIB and/or CIP and a post-secondary degree/diploma
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
