About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Insurance Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and provide expert advice on insurance products to clients.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our insurance business.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Insurance Broker Level 1 License: Current insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP certification.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 6 months of industry experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling client information.
