About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Rocky's Donair Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and package take-out food for customers
    • Portion and wrap foods to meet customer specifications
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables in a timely and efficient manner
  • Inventory Management
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure adequate inventory levels
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods. You must be able to work in a team-oriented setting and maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout your shift.

Requirements
