Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Load buspans and trays with food and supplies.
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
- Place dishes in storage areas and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
- Keep records of food quantities used and maintain accurate inventory.
- Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables and take orders.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Handle and store cleaning products and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
As a Food Counter Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and attention to detail required.
Requirements:- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Dental and health care plans available.
- Permanent employment with 37 to 44 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
