Our deli departments are at the heart of our stores, and we are seeking a talented Deli Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of deli department employees to ensure excellent customer service and a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
  • Prepare and present appetizing meal options and provide advice and ideas to customers on creating wholesome healthy meals.
  • Manage inventory, stock, and ordering of deli products to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures, and maintain a high level of food safety and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction in the deli department.
