We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Mining Technology Implementation Specialist. This critical role will play a key part in ensuring our commitment to customer satisfaction through effective coordination and support of field activities.
The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, with experience in coordinating field activities and managing multiple stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
This position requires flexibility, with a continuous shift rotation (14x14 or 7x7) and both day and night shifts. A willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines is also essential.
Responsibilities and Deliverables- Coordinate and plan field activities to support the Implementation Team
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting deadlines and milestones
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy and integrity in the MineStar System
- Contribute to the development of Best Practices and documentation for Operations, Maintenance, and Reliability of Equipment and MineStar System
- Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders, as required
