About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team at BCI. As a key member of our Cyber Security Team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing security solutions to protect our organization's assets and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of security requirements and design security solutions to protect our organization's assets and data.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of secure, quality products.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Design and implement secure systems and architectures to protect our organization's assets and data.
  • Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs to ensure that all employees understand their role in maintaining the security of our organization's assets and data.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends, and develop strategies to mitigate these threats.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of our organization's operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security-related role.
  • Expert knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
