We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Roadway Project Manager to lead our Transportation Infrastructure team in Pasadena, California.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of engineering tasks, including feasibility studies, preliminary engineering, and final design, report writing, and development of construction contract documents. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver projects that meet client needs.

  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute project assignments

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field and at least 10 years of experience in roadway-related fields. A strong background in project management principles and practices, including Agile methodologies, is essential. Additionally, proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD/Civil 3D is required.
