Our team at Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Senior Roadway Project Manager to lead our design/build projects in the DC or VA area. As a key member of our Critical Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for overseeing project teams ranging in size from 4 to more than 20 professionals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex interstates, HOV lanes, and marquee bridges, as well as transform over 100,000 miles of roads and highways around the world. With a strong focus on innovation and collaboration, we are looking for a leader who can inspire growth and open communication within our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversight of project teams and coordination with clients
  • Development of business development activities for medium to large projects
  • Ensuring on-schedule completion, within or below budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations

**Requirements:**

  • 15+ years of related project execution and/or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Professional registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) and PMP certification preferred
  • Experience working with MDOT, VDOT, or DDOT required
