Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to join our Transportation team in Providence, RI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing complex highway and transportation engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the conceptual development of 3D modeling for roadway projects
  • Preparing and reviewing roadway design criteria, calculations, drawings, estimates, and specifications
  • Providing technical guidance to junior level engineers
  • Designing highways and roads including geometric layout, grading and drainage, working with utilities, signing, striping and environmental permitting
Requirements
  • 8-11 years of civil transportation design engineering experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required
  • Master's degree a plus (may substitute for 1 year of experience)
  • PE license required
