Training and Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to identify training needs and requirements.
  • Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online modules.
  • Facilitate training sessions, maintaining engagement and fostering an interactive learning environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
  • Update and revise training materials as necessary to reflect changes in policies and procedures.
  • Track attendance and maintain accurate training records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Education, or Business.
  • 2-4 years of previous working experience in property management, teaching, training, customer service, or HR-related roles.
  • Knowledge of Yardi property management software is an asset.
  • Proven experience as a Training and Development Specialist or a similar role.
