About the Role

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a skilled Training Courseware Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Integrated Mission Systems Segment, you will be responsible for developing, organizing, and delivering technical training courseware and related materials in support of our customers and company employees.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical training courseware for Wescam Customer Service Training.
  • Design and develop mobile training platforms for iOS, Android, and Windows.
  • Provide technical interface support for MX-Sim and MX-Emulator products.
  • Collaborate with trainers, focus groups, and Subject Matter Experts to develop training course material.
  • Integrate and maintain eLearning content on MX-Sim and MX-Emulator.
  • Maintain, revise, and update existing eLearning content to support new product updates.
  • Develop and maintain branding for eLearning courseware.
  • Deploy and maintain security software protection for eLearning products.
  • Create and maintain training material templates.
  • Design and develop animations for training courseware.
  • Ensure all training material is consistent with product specifications.
  • Edit and format videos for training courseware.
Required Capabilities
  • Proficient knowledge of graphic design systems such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Proficient level of programming in eLearning development systems such as Adobe Flash and Dreamweaver.
  • Experience in development of iOS, Android, and Windows mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following web development systems: HTML5/CSS3, Javascript, XML.
  • Knowledge of product technical support processes.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software.
  • Expertise in video and audio editing software.
Desired Education and Experiences
  • Degree in a related program of study and minimum 2 years' relevant technical experience.
  • 2+ years in a similar courseware design role.
  • Knowledge of adult training principles and concepts.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
