The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, preferably with experience working in a health care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and confidence.
  • Determine and establish effective office procedures and routines to maintain productivity and quality.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and healthcare providers.
  • Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Recruit and hire qualified candidates to fill staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using electronic medical records and other software applications.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a health care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and other relevant software applications.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
