Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day sales and marketing activities, market development, marketing communications, customer service, and product support for North America. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the North American market
  • Establishing sales budgets and targets
  • Directing all marketing communication activities
  • Establishing marketing budgets covering advertising, promotion, and trade shows
  • Directing Regional Manager and Sales Agent activities
  • Providing input regarding product mix, inventory targets, and availability
  • Establishing product pricing and price lists
  • Directing Product Manager for overall customer product support needs
  • Directing Customer Service and Parts Staff
  • Monitoring competitive activities
  • Establishing and reporting to Factory regarding product improvements and new product needs
