Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

At Wild Wing Brantford, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, monitoring expenses and ensuring that we are operating within our means.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure that our restaurant is fully staffed during peak periods.
