Senior Manager, Change Performance Management

At Aviva Canada, we're seeking a seasoned professional to join our central Transformation team as a Senior Manager, Change Performance Management. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage enterprise-wide data to drive strategic planning and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights and recommendations for portfolio performance improvement.
  • Develop and maintain data visualization tools and executive reporting dashboards to effectively communicate portfolio performance to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate strategic planning sessions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Consolidate data from various sources to provide a comprehensive view of the Change Portfolio's status, driving data quality and automation to improve speed and robustness.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of pivotal initiatives and projects within the portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of portfolio management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
