Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Expert-level knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project lifecycle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration and team skills, with a focus on cross-group collaboration.
What We Offer

BMO offers a competitive salary range of $84,000.00 - $156,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
