Senior Manager, Change Performance Management

At Aviva Canada, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Change Performance Management to join our central Transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to generate insights into the current and future status of the Change Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for courses of action.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and executive reporting tools to communicate portfolio performance to partners.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and drive improvements in portfolio performance.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions to align the Change Portfolio with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Consolidate data from various sources to provide a comprehensive view of the Change Portfolio's status.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other partners to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of pivotal initiatives and projects within the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to partners.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Knowledge of portfolio management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with partners.
  • Strong critical thinking and planning skills to support organizational objectives.
