As a Cloud Infrastructure Software Developer here, you'll design, build, scale, monitor, and optimize systems within AFFS. You'll collaborate with various teams, including Retail Systems, Marketplace Systems, Digital Systems, Web services, Financial systems, and operations. You'll also contribute to GenAI-based solutions to streamline Finance Operations teams' and Accountants' monthly financial data analysis process.
The ideal candidate will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from design and development to documentation, testing, and deployment. They should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be self-driven, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented mindset and enjoyment of working with peers are essential.
Main Job ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as a Cloud Infrastructure Software Developer will include:
- Collaborating with the team to drive business decisions and strategy.
- Designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and maintaining innovative software solutions to enhance services, reduce costs, and improve security.
- Applying software engineering best practices to ensure exceptional quality standards for all team deliverables.
- Developing high-quality distributed system software.
- Working in an agile, startup-like development environment where you focus on high-impact projects.
Required qualifications include:
- At least 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on reliability, scaling, and design patterns.
- Programming experience with at least one software programming language.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $114,800/year up to $191,800/year, depending on your skills, experience, and job-related knowledge.
