Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating large-scale, cloud-based infrastructure using modern open-source software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure using AWS and other cloud providers.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to ensure repeatability, reduce toil, and improve mean time to detection and resolution (MTTD & MTTR).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and dashboarding solutions to improve visibility into application performance and business metrics.
- Develop and maintain documentation and support tooling for online support teams.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with cloud computing, Linux server support, server administration, and systems administration.
- 1+ years of experience supporting high-availability production-grade infrastructure and applications with defined SLIs and SLOs.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix and network protocols.
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools such as Terraform, Helm, Chef, Puppet, and Packer.
- Experience with virtualization, containerization, Kubernetes, or Docker is a plus.
