- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to promote emotional well-being and resilience.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and community partners to promote a culture of care and respect.
- Support clients in achieving their goals and improving their overall quality of life.
- Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution.
- Minimum one year of recent experience working in a healthcare setting with individuals with complex mental health and substance use challenges.
- Current full registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers.
