Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Paramedic to join our team at EM/ANB Inc. as an Emergency Response Specialist. This role involves providing emergency medical care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with injuries or illnesses, administering medications and providing advanced emergency treatments as needed.
  • Supervise emergency technicians and attendants, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of medical care.
  • Transport patients to hospital or other medical facilities for further care, maintaining ambulances and emergency equipment in good working order.
  • Document patient information and treatment provided, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles, and buses with fewer than 24 passengers)
  • CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check, immunization records, driver's validity licence check, and medical exam
  • Valid driver's licence and driver's abstract
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions. The successful candidate will have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
