Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Manage office operations, including reception coverage, accounting, and facilities maintenance, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, such as records management, supply ordering, and event planning, to support business units and teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with building management, security, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless office operations.
- Assist with budgeting and financial management, including processing invoices and coordinating payments.
- Support the maintenance of Alberta COR and other regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support, customer service, and/or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
