Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all equipment and utensils are properly sanitized.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Restock supplies, maintain inventory, and perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of our food service area.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 23 kg, and perform other tasks that require manual dexterity.
