Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep records of the quantities of food used to maintain inventory and optimize ordering.
  • Package take-out food and prepare it for delivery to our customers.
  • Portion and wrap foods to meet customer specifications and maintain food safety standards.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
  • Take customers' orders and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain inventory and optimize ordering.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
