About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fruit Farm Labourer to join our team at 1421327 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to fruit farming, including crop maintenance, harvesting, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Maintenance: Clean the crops, hand harvest vegetables, harvest seedlings, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and weed as needed.
  • Harvesting and Loading: Harvest crops, load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market.
  • General Labour: Clean work area, and perform other tasks as required.
