1421327 B.C. LTD. is seeking a skilled Fruit Farm Labourer to join our team. As a Fruit Farm Labourer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to crop cultivation and harvesting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the crops to ensure optimal growth and quality.
  • Hand harvest vegetables and other crops as required.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure healthy growth.
  • Weeding and cleaning the work area to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry as needed.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Detect and address disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry to prevent the spread of disease.
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market.
  • Budding trees to promote healthy growth and fruit production.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
