1421327 B.C. LTD. is seeking a skilled Farm Labourer to join our team. As a Farm Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to fruit farming, including cleaning crops, hand harvesting vegetables, and operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the work area, including crops and equipment
  • Perform hand harvesting of vegetables and fruits
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce
  • Examine product quality and readiness for market
  • Perform weeding and other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
