  • Support the Bakery Manager in all aspects of Bakery Operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  • Oversee daily operations in the bakery department to maintain exceptional customer service standards, fostering a positive shopping experience for our member-owners.
  • Manage inventory control, ordering, and receiving for the department, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure the bakery department is appropriately merchandised, including accurate tagging and pricing, to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and address customer concerns, maintaining high standards of customer service and loyalty.
  • Participate in the training and development of bakery team members, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
  • Perform general duties, as assigned, including backup support for the Bakery Manager, ensuring continuity of operations.

Requirements:

  • Certified Ticketed Baker
  • 3 years of bakery experience

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
