About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Bawa Property Management Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, including estimating, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Monitor and control project expenses to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
  • Team Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and technicians.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
