Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available for preparation and service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are available.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that all necessary data is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
