Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Canadian Brew House (Chestermere) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and Scheduling
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient service delivery.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Bonus.
- Permanent work term.
- English language work environment.
- 32 to 40 hours per week.
