Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Cage Attendant to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our gaming operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash and financial transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patrons, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage cash and financial transactions, including handling cash, vouchers, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing transactions and balancing cash.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
  • One or more years of experience in customer service and cash handling, preferably in a gaming or financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cash, foreign currency, and other settlement types.
  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, walking, and bending for long periods of time.
  • Ability to obtain registration as a category 2 Gaming Assistant with the relevant regulatory body.
Work Environment

Our gaming operations are fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the integrity of our financial transactions. As a Part-Time Cage Attendant, you will be working in a casino environment, which may involve exposure to noise, crowds, and other distractions. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
