About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at VG PROFESSIONALS LTD. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong background in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Supervise workers and projects
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Read blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

Experience:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years

Support for Newcomers and Refugees:

  • Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.)
  • Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.)
  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
  • Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees
