Data-Driven Decision Maker for Digital Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI Engineer to spearhead data-driven decision-making across our digital platform. With a strong focus on data analysis and machine learning, this role will drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
About the RoleAs a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying ML solutions that inform product strategy and priorities. You will work closely with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure impactful, data-informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tackle complex problems to gain insights into customer behavior and promote product adoption.
- Develop and deploy machine learning pipelines that enhance data-based decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed product development.
- Lead and mentor team members, driving ML-powered features on our Digital Customer Platform.
Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
- 5+ years of experience designing and deploying ML solutions.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (e.g., RAG, Generative AI) and NLP.
- Strong skills in SQL/NoSQL, big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), and programming (Python preferred).
- Experience with data science tools (Pandas, Jupyter, TensorFlow) and machine learning techniques.
- Cloud computing experience (AWS) and familiarity with MLOps.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range: $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
