Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Canada INC is seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced environment requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities in this regard.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
